Privacy Policy
The short version: Reflex Odds collects as little as it can to work. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show third-party ads, and we don’t track you across other companies' apps or websites.
This policy explains how Jigged, Inc. ("Jigged", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Reflex Odds iPhone app and this website (together, "Reflex Odds").
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details. If you create an account (for example with Sign in with Apple), we receive an account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Apple lets you hide your real email; we’ll respect that.
- Preferences. Settings such as your favorite sportsbooks and sports, so the app can show what matters to you.
- Launch waitlist. If you ask to be notified when Reflex Odds launches, we store your email address, when you signed up and which button you used. We use it only to tell you about Reflex Odds, and every email includes a way to stop hearing from us. You can also email us to be removed.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
- Service logs. Our servers record basic technical data such as IP address, device type, app version and request times. We use it to run the service, keep it secure and fix problems, and we keep it only as long as needed for that.
- Notifications. If you turn on notifications, we store a device token from Apple so we can send the alerts you asked for.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or any sportsbook login, balance or betting history. Reflex Odds never connects to your sportsbook accounts.
How we use it
- To provide Reflex Odds: show odds, boosts and live games, and remember your preferences.
- To send notifications you’ve turned on.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to understand in aggregate which features are used so we can improve them.
How we share it
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Reflex Odds (such as website hosting, database, authentication and email providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us; when required by law; or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app, or by emailing support@reflexodds.com. When you do, we delete your account data, except anything we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them. We don’t knowingly "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Age
Reflex Odds is intended only for people who are 21 or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and we’ll tell you in the app for any significant change.
